Welcome to my Cape Town Gordons Bay Photo Gallery!
Gordons Bay is situated about 10 kilos down the coast from Strand, and is situated on the slopes of the Hottentots Holland Mountains. The village has quite a large variety of dwellings, from modest houses, to holiday apartments, to huge mansions higher up on the slopes, which have panoramic views over False Bay.
Gordons Bay is known to be a very relaxed seaside town, with good beaches, a booming harbour waterfront development called Harbour Island, and a great place to come for a relaxing drive, some time on the beach, and great scenery.
This photo shows the coastal road as it winds its way through this small town and on to Cape Hangklip, one of the points of False Bay. The main beach is immediately to the right - I'll show some more pics of teh beach later in this gallery.
